Some things I wish had been made clear before I decided to wash here: come prepared with quarters, or at least plenty of cash. There are no machines that accept credit cards to exchange for quarters, and none of the washers or dryers take cards. The change machines only accept cash. No staff on site. The “help” number goes straight to voicemail, which may or may not be returned someday, possibly by carrier pigeon. I don’t have a car, so when I realized this, I got to enjoy a scenic mile-and-a-half walk to the nearest ATM. Nothing builds character like hauling a bag of dirty laundry on a surprise cardio expedition because it’s apparently 1997 inside this building. Plan ahead. Bring cash. Bring quarters. Bring emotional resilience. Maybe a flask. Personal preference at this point. Oh also no toilet paper..so In case you need to handle business hopefully you didn't drink coffee. This is on top of a clearly noticeable leak on the floor and smell of raw sewage with a hidey door that falls out of the wall and leads behind dryers that clank loud enough to echo for an hour or more after leaving. Doing laundry here feels like musical chairs, but the chairs sometimes swallow your money and refuse to acknowledge your existence. You don’t win by being fast. You win by guessing which machine won’t betray you. And just when you think you’ve secured a working machine, it eats your quarters and taps out. No refunds, no staff, just the hum of fluorescent lighting and your dignity slowly tumbling in the spin cycle. What can I say...it was an adventure...
Washed my car with water no soap whatsoever thanks for stealing my money. Place is obviously unreliable dont waste your time and money coming here
Worse self service car wash around. Credit card machine wasn’t working. I used 2 different cards for the automatic car wash. So I went to the self service wash bay and the foaming brush wasn’t working. Wasted time and money. Reached out to the number they offered a $5 coupon to show the staff. Trimble is there is no staff this is all self service.
